3 Leaves Pet Services is now proud to offer "Live In" pet sitting as a service.

3 Leaves has been around for almost a full 6 years now and will be starting it's 7th year in January, 2009. We are fully licensed, insured, bonded, and all our staff are required to complete a Pet First Aid Course through the All Canadian Pet Services Network. Specifically for this position, staff are asked to provide 4 references (work and personal) as well as Police Clearance by a Police Record Check. They are also provided training to be sure they are comfortable and "ready to go".

We all know that our pets are our children. And all pets need to feel safe and secure when their parents go away. Whether due to an urge for travel, an emergency, or just a well needed break from the busy life so many of us lead these days, there is alway a concern for our beloved pets while we are away. Where should they stay? Who should we trust to take care of them? Now-a-days a popular answer to those questions is to find a Live-In Petsitting Service. Your pets are safe and happy, your home is safe and secure, your mail is being taken care of as well as your plants...

Our service includes 2 meals (fresh food and water) being fed to your pets per day. It also includes 2 walks for the dogs and litter cleaning for the cats. Grooming, love and attention, play time, overnight stays, taking in the mail, watering the plants, alternating lights and curtains, and email updates are all also included. Our staff will arrive when finished their work day and will leave again the following day before going back to work. They are there for a minimum of 12 hours each day. On days off our staff will spend extra time with your loved ones either through an extra walk and/or extra cuddles, and /or extra playtime. But they will also be allowed to run errands etc. so their private lives are taken care of as well.

Our prices for this service are as follows:

1 dog or 1 cat: $41.00 per night

1 dog + 1 cat or 2 cats: $49.00 per night

2 dogs: $59.00 per night

PLEASE NOTE:

**We only have one staff member available at this time. Space is limited. Considering our stay? Ask for a availability and a quote today. You will need enough time to book your free consultation at which myself and the other staff member will attend.

**Tax is not included in the prices stated above. Applicable taxes will be added.

**This service requires a 50% non-refundable deposit paid ahead of time before you leave. The balance must be paid in full as soon as you return.

**Feedback cards will be left at the end of the staff member's stay with a postage paid envelope for you to let us know how we did.

**Late cancellation fees will apply as stated in the Policy if cancelling with improper notice.

**Only our Wisdom Discount may be applied to this service.

**No other discounts may be applied to this service. No exceptions.
